Chinese National Federation of Industries (CNFI) has served as a candid spokesperson for the interests of industries’ community as well as other stakeholders, as required by and our organizational statutes our members alike for making Taiwan a better society. Specificities are embodied in the following functions:

1. Through studying economic policies and industrial laws to provide our member associations with a helpful suggestion. In addition, we also assist the government in putting their implementation into practice.

2. Intermediating between industrialists’ interests and law-making to draft fair and equitable laws and regulations over local businesses and industries.

3. Creating opportunities for government representatives and member associations to hold conversations over and resolve issues for economic developments.

4. Organizing training programs to help member associations better understand, at both domestic and international levels, such issues of laws, regulations, new technologies, global trends and so on that may have impacts on their businesses.

5. Promoting international cooperation in such fields as trade negotiations, dispute settlements and meetings with CNFI’s international counterparts.

6. Holding meetings for member associations to become familiar with specific topics, as necessitated by the production of relevant research results and new business practices.

7. Researching problems that affect member enterprises and financially support their research projects.

8. Providing member associations with legal consultations and mediation services.
